Thanks for your interest in applying for an grant from the Webber Family Foundation.  This grant application is specific to organizations that are aligned with our Opportunities for Youth Achievement initiative.

The Foundation evaluates proposals on a continuous basis throughout the year.  We are currently accepting one application per year, per organization.

How to Apply

  1. Read Focus Areas  and Grant Guidelines first.  If you have questions or would like to discuss if your project is a fit with the Foundation’s priorities, please contact us first.
  2. Complete and Submit the Step 1 part of the Central Texas Education Funders (CTEF) Common Grant Application and the WFF Additional Questions Form.  All completed forms and attachments may be submitted via email.
  3. Your Step 1 application will be acknowledged upon receipt and you will receive some form of feedback within 14 days indicating status and next steps, if any.
  4. If invited to submit a full grant application by the Foundation, please do so by completing Step 2 of the Common Grant Application.  Include all attachments that are applicable to your organization.  Again, all completed forms and attachments may be submitted via email.

We may request a site visit and/or phone call to better understand your application.

Following receipt of your full grant application, we’ll keep you informed of our timeline. Typically, funding decisions are made within 4-6 weeks of submission.
